Neck Cloud Reviews: Scam or Legit?

My tech neck wasn’t severe, but it was noticeable. It took two months of using everyday for 10mins and I am seeing/feeling results! I use this in tandem with exercise and stretching. I was doing exercises everyday and those helped with my posture but the tech neck was still there. THIS zany thing helped me get rid of my neck hump and I’m so grateful. And it also came in a cute color to match my yoga mat!

It’s obviously not a miracle cure for neck issues, but it does help.

When I first tested my neck on it, I was disappointed, didn’t seem big enough arch to do anything…. Two minutes later was like OMG… This is insane. After the first week of use, I decided to use it instead of my pillow for a few hours at night and in the morning before I get up. I encourage you to give it a try. We have 2 of these. We travel with one… easily fits in the suitcase and doesn’t take up a lot of space. If using it one way, turning it the other side may. It helps my headaches and with a stiff and sore neck as well

Provides a comfortable stretch with two settings. Just flip it around to get a deeper stretch. The device is soft and easy to use. Start slow as you will feel it later if you use it too long at first.

I have spinal compression due to a medical condition. I did not see directions (which side my neck goes on). I looked it up. I use this first for a spinal stretch then a specialized foam roller to create a little decompression to allow for CSF through the spinal cord. It’s better than taking medication!

I do a lot of cooking and find myself with tense muscles in my neck due to the angle in which my head is while chopping and such. Even spending 5 minutes here and there on this has helped me tremendously.

This neck stretcher in comparison to others I own is an excellent choice.The quality of this product is obvious. It’s well-designed and made from top-grade materials. The V-shape cushion gives support to the spine while the C-shape curvature gives some flexibility for stronger support. The convex position provides gentle traction and it’s suitable for starting or transitioning. The concave position provides strong traction and is to be used after the initial transition.The traction provided is a 3-way stretch with stretches horizontally, on a curve pulling at both ends at 120 degrees, and upwards. The entire piece is very ergonomic and comfortable overall. There are 4 massage nodes (two on each side) designed to relax the muscles on both sides of the cervical spine, although I did not feel them at all while using it.The prescribed time to use this device is only 10 minutes at a time. It’s not designed to be used as a pillow overnight or longer than 10 minutes.I am happy with this device overall. In fact, I may use only this one going forward and ditch the other I have as they are not as well-built and not as comfortable as this one.

I work in an office and stair at a computer often. I slouch at times and it’s uncomfortable. I used it once felt instant subtle relief. Used it just 3 days in a row and felt a difference in my day! Stupid simple and small. But works great!

I used Neck Cloud and the North American Healthcare – Arched Back Stretcher (Great for Back Stretch and Usage as a Spine Board) together and I felt like I’d gone to the chiropractor and had a massage all within 10 minutes. I used it on the bed instead of the floor, so I can only imagine how great it would be on the floor. These two items together are a wonderful purchase and a fraction of the cost of an Inverter. I was originally going to get an inverter, but because I found it wasn’t recommended for people with high blood pressure or heart issues, I couldn’t get it. I was born with a heart defect, so this is a wonderful combination to relieve pain, pressure and stretch out those kinks.

Have only had a short time but works great. My neck feels looser after use. When friends see it they want to try it also. Results mixed.

I have severe scoliosis and neck trauma /nerve damage.my arms /hands go numb and throb. i wake up in severe pain with no feeling in my hands and pain! when i lay flat and put this under my neck it goes away immediately. its a temporary fix but the more i use it the better results!

Sometimes when I’m working long hours on the computer or so my neck gets tense. I used to put a pillow to stretch my neck but was soft and really didn’t help at all. I used this two days ago and I noticed de difference. This gives good support to the neck and really feel that your neck is stretching without pain.

I am a server in a very busy buffet restaurant and carry super heavy trays so I have lots of tension & pain in my neck from doing so. The chiropractor is a must for me & he said that I am losing the curve in my neck causing neck pain & tension & gave me a homemade pool noodle thing to stretch my neck with but this product works soooo much better I have a pinched nerve that runs to my head causing migraines & I use this neck stretcher to release some of that tension & pain. Comfortable and works as I was hoping! I included a photo of the instructions because it does have an off-smell, like one would expect when it’s a foam product. This did not bother me at all, but sometimes I see people complain about it I wanted buyers to know that they address it right in the manufacture instructions. Do as it says and the smell was gone within 30 minutes. Recommend!

I have tried a different neck stretcher previously. It put uneven pressure in spots and was pretty hard and uncomfortable. This one has nice padding and a little flex that feels great. As soon as I laid down on it my neck cracked and it was glorious. I almost fell asleep on it. I will use this every day. I highly recommend this if you are shopping around for a neck stretcher.

I absolutely love this thing. I have used it for 3 days now. I have laid on it for 15 mins each night. It relieved a headache that was coming from my neck. I sit in an office all day, so I get shoulder and neck pain all the time. This has worked wonders for me. It is comfortable and fits my neck perfectly. I have chronic neck issues from a slight straightening in my neck and see a chiropractor regularly. I’m familiar with manual neck stretching and I’ve used a rolled-up towel before this stretcher. This stretcher is much easier and it provides a consistent stretch every time.It’s very lightweight, soft, and provides 2 slightly different stretches depending on the orientation of the stretcher. I think it’s a subtle difference between the 2 orientations but the manual differentiates them as gentle vs. strong traction. Until you get the hang of it, you need to position your neck on the device so that it’s comfortable. I usually shimmy a little up, down, left, and right until I find the perfect spot for the session.It is meant to be used on a hard surface, so I use it on the carpet for about 10 minutes. It’s enough time that my neck muscles feel a good relief. I could stay longer than 10 minutes but usually have stuff to do so 10 is perfect.

I recently pinched a nerve in my neck. The pain was excruciating. The Orthopedic doc had to prescribe pain meds to ease the incredible discomfort. I was unable to start physical therapy but needed to do something immediately. I saw a recommendation on line for this Neck Stretcher. Since I was informed from the MRI that my vertebrates were starting to atrophy and I have some arthritis, I decided to give it a try. It’s really good for releasing the tightness and easing the pain.

I own a few of these devices. My neck is always hurting, I’m always having to pop it to curb some pain or to at least get it not feeling so stiff. I rely on things like this since I don’t go to a chiropractor or anything. I’ve had a few now, and I also feel a little underwhelmed by these – like I don’t feel enough stretch or anything in my neck, and as a result I don’t really feel like I get much from it. For the first time, this one actually made it feel like I was stretching my neck out a bit, and comfortably too. It gave that very slight uncomfortable tug that I was always looking for. Because of that, I really like this one. It also conforms to your neck well, it’s just kinda comfortable overall. I like that it also included directions so you know if you’re using it properly or not. All in all, I absolutely recommend this one.

I was very skeptical but my massage therapist suggested I try this so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m amazed. I’ve had migraines, neck pain and stiffness for years. Sometimes it has laid me up for several days at a time. I’ve tried all over the counter pain meds, migraine meds, muscle relaxers, CBD. Other than a professional therapy massage, nothing has helps my neck pain as much as this neck stretcher. Truly amazing. Highly recommend.

I purchased one of the door hanging traction devices before this one. The over the door seems to work better but is more of a pain to sit there and isn’t very comfortable. This neck stretcher is a lot more gentle compared to the door hanging traction device.

I ordered Neck Cloud as a replacement for another brand I purchased that was too small for me. My head would touch the floor with the previous brand. This one is a bit taller so my head actually is suspended above the ground. Would recommend this model as it works well for all people, not just those with thicker, shorter necks.

Great for neck pain. When I wake up with a sore neck, 10-15 minutes on this really helps get everything back to where it should be.

Neck Cloud has helped me with chronic neck pain. I use it 3 times a day and I do 10 chin tucks in the mirror 10 times a day. You will feel like your old self if you use this pillow and do the chin tucks. I listen to relaxing music and almost fall asleep on the pillow!

I was a bit hesitant to order this but I have quite a few friends that swear by it so I decided to try it. I was having back neck pain and forming a lump from the amount of time I spend on a computer. First off, you only need 10 minutes a day to start feeling the effects. Make sure you go the full 10 minutes; it’s hard at first but worth it after. Secondly, the pain and lump in my neck was gone within a week. It’s a quick and easy way to improve posture and get rid of neck pain.

I’ve had one of these for years and bought one for my mom. Gives a very gentle stretch and has little nubs to elicit circulation through massage.

Had C6-7 disc replacement in June 2023. Arthritis in neck causes flare ups. Using right before bed to relax neck muscles. Works great!

I had low hopes for this product, but see visible results. After laying for about 15 minutes, I am able to adjust my back.

I’m blown away by how good it feels to lie back and feel my neck relax as it should. It puts lovely pressure behind the ears and against the suboccipitals. In that way it’s really good for vagal regulation.I had my kid (who doesn’t suffer from any of the same issues I do) and he immediately relaxed and blissed out.I do think the non-cushioned version works better for me personally, but I like very firm pressure point work. If you prefer a lighter touch than I’d recommend this one.

I purchased Neck Cloud for my kid because his posture is like a shrimp from looking down at his tablet all day.(I also use it) The soft padding provides great support. I didn’t feel anything particularly dramatic on my first try of this device (like the relief from cervical manipulation by a chiropractor, or a good “pop” from the yoga/stretching I’ve been trying), but my neck feels noticeably better after spending ~20 minutes stretching with this device while reading a book. I’m super-happy and will keep at this lower-impact way of straightening out cervical vertebrae, while restoring a healthy curvature to my cervical spine. So far, use of a massage gun to loosen-up muscles, and using this device to stretch those neck muscles beat the chiropractor and exercises I’ve tried to combat a year’s worth of painfully tweaked neck.

I ended up buying this because the neck roll I got from my chiropractor wasn’t hard enough and I needed something with more resistance. I have a reverse c-curve which also caused cervical kyphosis and needed something to do cervical traction exercises with. Just correcting my posture. using the neckroll and occasionally hanging my head off the edge of my bed twice a day, didn’t seem to be doing enough.I bought this, and I can feel a difference! It is hard and may seem uncomfortable at first – but don’t try to stay on it the full 10 minutes until you’re used to it. Start with 2, then go to 4, and keep increasing until you’re able to to a full 10 minutes comfortably. Also, things like this ARE pointless if you don’t continuously correct your posture and/or avoid activities that improve your spinal health.My daughter used it and immediately felt a few little pops in her neck, and said she felt so much better when she was done.

I bought Neck Cloud to help with a headache that I’ve had for about four days now. Unbelievably, my headache is gone now after only one use. I have a posture pump that I use sometimes similarly to this, but I have been unable to shake the headache with it. I feel like this cushion distributes the weight of your neck and head more evenly so it is somehow more relaxing. I could feel my first vertebrae where the pain is popping as I was using it, So I think it is going to be effective in eliminating my headaches completely. The only bad thing I will say about it is that it had a horrible smell and oily like substance on it when I received it. The smell was making me sick so I put it in a trash bag and then a pillowcase so I could not detect the odor. Now it works perfect. I hope this is helpful to anyone who reads it. Don’t hesitate to buy it if you suffer from headaches and neck pain like me.

Guys! I work in front of a computer for living, always on my phone so I started to get the bump that a lot of us hate. I was self conscious hated showing my back. But I read it’s becasue how our body forms from the way we sit and stare at a screen computer/phone . I read to see what I can do and I’m sorry I don’t have a picture of me standing but you can clearly see how in the red taken 4th of July how my head goes forward. My neck won’t stretch any further you see the skin roll. And on the recent picture I look stretch out and my neck doesn’t have a roll lol. I didn’t think it would work but I do see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror and I also started doing upper back exercises with 2 lb weights. Which also helped.As far as helping with lower back pain.. at least for myself I didn’t see a huge difference I still get some weird pains/cramps but I think it’s just time to see a chero.

I needed something a little higher and firm. This is perfect. After ten minutes of laying on it, my neck feels much better. It helps decompress my neck.

I ripped off the packaging and tried the Neck Cloud as soon as it was delivered. I have TMJ random pains and I’m currently going through a long patch. The pain eased almost as soon as I positioned the cushion! Can’t say it will work for everyone, but it sure works for me.

I originally purchased this product to relieve pain in my upper back and neck area.I have this neck stretcher for a couple weeks now and I have noticed a distinct difference in tension and pain in my mid upper back and neck area. I used to get severe pain in my neck while working at my desk at work but that is essentially all gone. I do the prescribed 10 minutes per day every day of the week and I noticed a reduction in pain after about of week of consistent use. So far I havent had any issue with the product at all it still work the same as it did the first day.Additionally, I’ve noticed a reduction in headaches that I used to have a work over the past couple of weeks. The ten minute stretches are now part of my routine and I love the product. I couldn’t ask for a better result.

Excellent cervical traction device. I picked this one among others because it was on lightning deal, but I probably would have purchased it anyway. Only improvement would be more trigger point ” bumps” as some other such devices include more.

The first time I used this doohickey I had a Charlie horse like pain all the way down the right side of my spine. When I stop using it for a while I will get that pain again when I start using it so it does work to align and stretch the neck, spine & muscles. I am impressed. I wasn’t sure it would help but it does.

On days I have slept wrong after using ten minutes it really does help pain diminish

I get headaches a lot due do stress and pressure on my neck and shoulders. I bought this hoping it would help a little. It does way more than a little. Just laying on the floor and relaxing my body while my neck is being supported does the trick. I like to lay there for 10 minutes, and when I get up it really does feel like I stretched my neck.

Neck Cloud provides a nice neck stretch and alignment. Can actually feel it down my entire back. It is a comfortable stretch and works better for me than a cervical collar.

This was the best $20 I’ve spent in awhile. I have a lot of pain in my jaw, neck, and shoulders due to the way I sleep and because I sit at a desk all day at work. I figured I’d give this a shot. 5 minutes on this bad boy and my neck feels so much looser and more relaxed. It has drastically reduced the severity of my headaches. I use it for about 5 minutes twice a day.

I seem to get a little hump on the back of my neck and it gets inflamed from time to time. This helps to stretch it out! It also helps with the rest of the back because it helps to elongate. I had 2 side-impact car accidents within a year, 19 years ago. I have had chronic nagging neck pain on one side just under that bony ridge at the back. Sometimes it’s so bad STILL that I can’t stand it. I have tried everything. PT, cortisone injections, acupuncture, years of chiropractic, thousands of massages, every possible type of pillow, ointment, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, heat, ice, even biofeedback. It is a stable, constant companion with episodes of screaming pain. I’ve tried traction in various manifestations but it tends to only inflame the area. BUT I bought this silly little thing anyway. 10 min per day the first few days, now I can do it several times a day if I want. It actually relieves those screaming episodes! I want to cry I’m so stunned! It may actually help in the long run if I put the time into using it several times a day religiously. I’ll update if that’s the case. But right now, this is the most precious thing I own! I don’t know if this particular size and angle just happens to fit my neck perfectly so maybe it may not work for everyone, but you can adjust it up or down your spine to get it so you are looking straight up at the ceiling while lying on your back. That’s what I do. I know there are other silent screamers out there and I want you to know this is definitely worth a try. All these years, all that money and this tacky pink plastic contraption is all I needed.

Decided to take a risk and try this out. After a day at the computer, I find that ten minutes relaxing on the floor with this gentle traction device under my neck stretches out the cramped muscles and vertebrae and sends warm energy and improved mobility into my neck. It would be better to stop hunching over the computer so much, but this at least provides relief. Took a while to figure out how to place my neck on the device properly. When it is under your neck, your head will be stretched back and supported, but the top of your head will not touch the ground. This can be an odd feeling to get used to. But the results are worth it.

This molded neck “pillow” has been great for my achy neck. It’s the first thing I reach for when a headache is brewing. Somewhat adjustable, turn it one way for a lower rest and turn it the other for a higher neck rest, whichever is comfortable for you. Small and easy to store. Great little comfort item.

I had a feeling I’d like Neck Cloud, but I’m shocked of how much! The first time I used it I felt relief!The hardest part is placing it properly which took me about 2 mins…. I have suffered from cervicogenic headaches for years. This basically means secondary headaches caused by misalignment in the neck as well as super tight knots in the shoulders. It’s a vicious circle. These headaches very much mimic migraines for me. I have always felt each time that if I could alleviate the knots or crack my neck, all the pain would go away.Unfortunately, weekly visits to the chiropractor and masseuse are too expensive for my budget. I even tried a nerve block at one point as well as numerous home massagers. These all have helped, but I have still been suffering with the tightness daily as well as at least 6 headaches a month.I started using this pillow for about 5-10 mins both in the morning and at night for about 2 weeks now and I have never felt better! I have not felt tightness in my neck, have had minimal knots in my shoulders and zero headaches since about the second day of use. Worth every penny!

This has helped with my neck pain quite a bit. It’s easy to use and not hard like it looks. It definitely helps me to relax when I have that tension in my neck and shoulders. Great price for the stretcher. I would recommend it.

I have very painful neck and thoracic spine injuries and issues. This is the one thing that I have found makes a huge improvement. I use it for 10 minutes, sometimes more, right before I go to bed. It releases the pain that I have in my neck which is a constant nag through out my days. As I’ve made a habit of using this, my neck feels better throughout the day now as well. Obviously anytime you are dealing with the spine, head, and neck, be very careful what and how one would use different apparatus for chronic pain such as this and consult your doctor if need be. I personally searched high and low for something to help and this is amazing!!

The first time I saw this, I didn’t believe it would work. I was completely wrong. Laying 10 min per side, I can feel the stretching of my spine, better describing, like pulling. It feels really, really good.

Sitting in front of a computer all day, poor sleep, or just getting old. Whatever the reason, I was increasingly getting some pretty rough headaches. The would start as knots in my kneck or shoulder, eventually extending to my temple. They would last all day and I would be taking 4-6 Excedrin. Saw this and decided to give it a shot.It’s been 2-3 weeks and results have exceed expectations. I generally use it about 10-15 minutes a day or when I feel knots or tightening. To date, the frequency of headaches has been dramatically reduced and I have not needed more than a single excederin. Do note that I previously tried other massagers, none were nearly this effective.For the price, it is well worth giving a try. I won’t leave home without it.

I have scar tissue in my neck from an accident in my teens. I experience headaches, jaw pain and continual neck pain. I am in my 40’s now and have used chiropractic, acupuncture, PT, homeopathic creams and massage to help my chronic pain. These methods have helped relieve pain but not permanently.After just one use of the neck stretcher I feel most of the heavy pressure lessened significantly. I followed the suggestion for use in the included pamphlet and took the time to allow my neck to relax. The nubs pressed on either side of my vertebrae and it was slightly painful at first but after relaxing and breathing my neck settled into the cradle and it began working its magic! I have only used it on the convex side and will work up to concave for further therapy.I know this will not fix permanent damage but the relief it provides will help alleviate the pressure to allow better blood flow. I also highly recommend for anyone who spends a lot of time on a computer or looking down at their phone.

I purchased a cervical traction unit from a seller on Etsy….TOTAL WASTE! My physical therapist recommended this cervical neck stretcher and I’m glad I bought it. It is comfortable for me and does what it should for my neck pain. Great purchase!

I had been suffering from a pulled muscle in my neck and have been having pain and developing a hump at the back of my neck from poor posture. I have been using it at least 20 minutes a day. Firm enough for traction but with enough give to be comfortable, this is exactly what I was looking for.

After growing tired of jamming pillows under my neck, this cushion is welcome relief. It is firm and fits well under my neck, I find that it works best if I tuck it in tighter under my shoulders, basically give it a tug or use your feet to push yourself further on to it. Using it for 10 minutes at a time seems to help with some headaches I’ve been getting in the front of my head from tension and working at the computer all day.

I left my chiropractor with a straight neck that was in a lot of pain when doing normal tasks such as driving a car or just walking around. This has helped, or so it feels like it, my neck to not hurt so darn much.I have used it a total of 3-4 times and it feels like it is working so I will continue my on and off days of using the device.

Great little item you must have. For IT or accountant. I got very bad stiff neck and the medicine made me dizzy and tired. I used this product 30 minutes a day, After 4 days, saved my neck.

At first, this product did not feel comfortable. It felt like it was making my muscles more tense. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day and I’ve had it for about a week and I can tell a drastic change in my neck, pain and tension. Another big component of this is making sure to stretch the neck ear to shoulder and then after doing head turns. Also noticed that warming the neck up before using it really helps stretch the muscles and feels good. I use it directly on the floor. I also feel that helps my back too that way. My issues came from hunched forward, head posture, and this coupled with stretches and pulling the head back while resisting with my hand have reduced my neck pain and tension in about two weeks.

I see such different and it also feel so good. I can definitely tell even my shoulder can’t sit back that stretch hurt but In a good way. I can’t wait till it doesn’t hurt to stretch

Everyone is different so some might say this is too firm for them and not comfortable.. I thought differently. While it is firm, it wasn’t rock hard but you kinda need that firmness to hold your neck. As soon as I lay on it, my whole head/shoulder area become weightless. It is very relaxing and I love this thing. I wish I would have discovered it years ago!

I have a neck injury that was never properly addressed and the only thing that ever gave me relief was traction, but I don’t have time to do full on traction twice a week.I had chronic pain and severely limited range of motion.I didn’t think this would work but it was so inexpensive and simple I thought I’d give it a try. I was shocked. It works!My pain is almost unnoticeable and my range of motion is probably 80% where before it was 20% on a good day. I’m blown away.Might not work for everyone but, boy, it works for me.Two things: 1. Don’t do more than the 10 minutes they suggest because your head falls asleep, and 2. The pink is more flesh tone than bubble gum so it looks like something that belongs in an OBGYN office.

I have been having some discomfort in my neck, almost like it was tight on one side. It would give me headaches and I was stressed about it. I found this and tried it out. Ordered Neck Cloud for a family member who has a lot of neck pain to be used for stretching. I have not heard any comments on it so therefore, I cannot give it a justifiable review. The only thing I do know is that it is pretty rigid.

First and foremost, if you have neck problems, check your posture. Second, use this for stretching your neck! I do experience some numbness when using, usually after 10 minutes. I move a little a have the pressure point on another part of my neck and the blood rushes back…but beware when getting up! The first time, I got up on my feet too quickly, felt dizzy and vomited.

Got Neck Cloud for a reversed cervical curve. It’s helped a little bit not sure if it will fix the issue alone. Has helped some though and it feels good. Good support without being too hard

I have two bulging discs in my neck and I’m at the chiropractor‘s office once a week for maintenance. I asked my chiropractor about this. He said to bring it in and he would check it out. I brought it to him and he said it was the additional help my neck needed and that he was even going to start referring it to more of his patients.

I am a woman in my early 60’s with no Health issues. I ordered this after seeing a similar product on social media. I have been looking for something to help me position my spine back to the correct alignment, to help to stop slouching and to loosen tight chest muscles which cause my shoulders to round forward. I have tried different stretches but found myself not doing them daily and this seemed like a better possibility for finding time to stretch while relaxing. The first time I used it I can honestly say I felt such a pull across my chest that it was uncomfortable but I stayed in position for the recommended 10minutes. I have been using it twice daily for a week and I can honestly say my posture has improved. My shoulder are not rounded forward any longer and I am standing straight and taller. must have when u suffer from neck and headache tension. rest your neck on this for about five – ten minutes you can feel the headache subside. it really works plus all the other benefits it has. the first time i tried this i felt my posture was adjusted. consistency is key when you’re trying to correct the curvature of your neck and shoulders. definitely worth the purchase.
